Ezitracker’s development roadmap is key to the future growth of your business. Our roadmap is defined by our customers and we welcome your input – we cannot do everything but here are the priorities defined by your recommendations.
Our goal is to develop software updates every two weeks.

Things don’t always go to plan and we reserve the right to change the roadmap order and dates, however we want to share what's on the horizon.
We centralising how you access our modules, historically we provided separate urls for you to access the various ezitracker modules, we are now providing you with the EziHub – a centralised platform where you can access all current modules including our old world solution EziClassic.
EziHub shows allows you to access modules you subscribe too, modules that are available and those in development.
Following the rollout of EziHub in Australia and New Zealand, Ezihub will be rolled out to the UK, a UK based initial release our EziOnboard is planned. EziOnboard is a field based manager talent onboarding tool that provides onboarding data in real time to the departments in your business.
New Talent receive a welcome email, relevant departments are notified of the new talent and the employee can immediately use EziCall.
Ezitracker has a very comprehensive actual to budget module, this historically was known as Ezitracker Payroll, this has been rebranded to EziBudget and is designed to be an arbitration tool to prepare for payroll export. The old style Payroll module required a UI (User Interface) enhancement in order to match the new world User Interface.
Following the User Interface enhancement the data collated and prepared for use by payroll departments is being linked to our now EziPay solution. EziPay is a payroll solution designed for use in the UK, Australia and New Zealand. In the UK the solution is HMRC accredited and in Australia and New Zealand provides for Award Interpretation and Super Annuation.
EziBudget to EziPay is more than a simple file extract, the API (Application Programme Interface) will be truly dynamic whereby through a simple click data will be dynamically exported into the EziPay solution for payroll processing.
Following the release of EziHub, EziClassic, EziOnboard, Eziplanner, EziBudget enhancement and EziPay its crucial to listen to client feedback, whilst we carry out rigorous internal testing before release nothing beats real world usage, we often receive customer feedback to enhance our solution and therefore allow time in our development schedule to refine our releases to constantly improve our solutions and services.
Ezitracker currently has a comprehensive timesheet function, however we feel we can improve and simplify this page allowing for simpler and faster CRUD (Create, Redo, Undo, Delete) of timesheets data – feedback from clients suggests a fast paced environment and the need for quick arbitration is key – this development should allow a far simpler view of site and employee timesheet data along with the inclusion of some basic absence management functionality.
Do you employee a full time workforce? We are seeing a growing need for a flexible workforce, with this in mind we have partnered with Broadstone Engage, Broadstone provides a talent pool app whereby individuals can register detailing their availability and skills. Employers can then post available roles and employees can select roles or shifts they wish to work providing a truly ‘Uber’ style workforce – this is great for peak or ad-hoc shifts.
All the comprehensive data collated in EziOnboard currently does not have relevant fields in the EziClassic solution, therefore we are creating EziHR whereby all the collated relevant personnel data is presented and available to view by the relevant individuals and departments.
The absence management functionality defined in 02/20 continues to provide a comprehensive site based absence management function whereby holiday can be accrued and booked against individual sites.
EziHR & Absence management is a large piece of development and will span several development sprints (development sprints are 2 weeks in duration) As absence management is a key function the Ezitracker development team will spending the required time to ensure we develop a comprehensive solution fit for the real world and not text book absence management

Ezitracker is going more mobile, Ezitracker has a great EziMobile module currently however we are improving the user interface and including employee based tools whereby employees can view, request holidays pending manager approval, view timesheets, request shift swops with colleagues.
EziEngage is a large piece of development and will span four development sprints (8 weeks) – we see EziEngage becoming the main method of usage by employees in the future – building upon the functionality of the current EziMobile app employees can login and logout, get directions to sites, view timesheets, carry out onsite audits, send in app messages, view and request holiday and much more…..

Ezitracker currently provides real time reporting – we are however making this more graphical – Through EziOnboard you are able to collate employee photographs. We therefore are providing a graphical view of who is on site which will viewable by site.
EziAttend in its initial release will be employee based but will soon become a visitor management tool also.
