EziTracker's open connectivity design ensures that compatibility with both rostering and payroll applications is never a problem.

This means that eziTracker can be seamlessly integrated into customers' existing systems. Rostering schedules interface in real time with eziTracker, enabling last minute changes to be instantly updated. Payroll processes are radically streamlined, with actual hours automatically matched against budgeted hours and presented for approval.

Rostering

EziTracker's interface uses industry standard web services to provide real time passing of data to and from rostering systems. Up to date details of staff work schedules are seamlessly loaded in to eziTracker, allowing a remote worker to immediately start recording time. As visits are tracked, the details are passed back to the rostering system for matching against plans.

Payroll

Integration with payroll systems eliminates the paper trail of matching timesheets to budget. EziTracker supports multiple levels of approval - branch, business, finance and payroll departments, enabling senior management to review branch performance to budget and any manual adjustments made by branch management prior to submission to Finance. The solution is well suited to multi site businesses with head office able to overview the entire process
